Comprehensive Senior Pet Care

Aging pets need specialized care to maintain their quality of life. Our team is dedicated to supporting their health through every stage of their senior years.

What Age Is Considered Senior?

A pet’s senior status depends on species and size. Cats may be considered senior around 7–11 years, while dogs vary, with larger breeds aging faster than smaller ones.

Health Issues in Senior Pets

Older pets are more prone to arthritis, vision or hearing loss, kidney disease, and cancer. Regular veterinary visits help detect and manage these issues early.

Supporting Your Aging Pet

Weight control, a nutritious diet, and keeping them active are key. Environmental modifications like ramps and orthopedic beds can enhance their comfort.

More Frequent Vet Visits

Senior pets should see the vet every six months for preventive screenings, bloodwork, and dental evaluations to catch issues before they progress.

Your pet has been by your side for years—let’s ensure they stay healthy and comfortable in their senior years. Reach out to us for expert senior pet care.
